Your departure time is the slot you select at booking (subject to confirmation). Allow extra time on weekends and holidays for parking.
What to expect
After you meet your captain, you’ll board for a private outing tailored to your group. Typical trips combine sightseeing on the Intracoastal with time to relax on the water; when weather and traffic allow, your captain may offer a swim stop in a calm area.
The pace is yours — celebration, family day, or a low-key cruise. The captain’s decisions regarding route, weather, and safety are final.

- Not recommended for guests who cannot safely board a small vessel or endure sun exposure.
- Guest count may not exceed the maximum listed for your reservation.
- Children must wear life jackets when the captain directs.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before your experience's scheduled start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, your payment will not be refunded.
However, after the 24-hour window, we can reschedule your experience to another available date or time.
This experience requires good weather conditions. If the experience is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered either a different date or a full refund can be provided only if you arrive at the marina and the weather is deemed unsafe at the scheduled departure time.
